WINEMAKING Pre-fermentation Maceration lasted for 5 days Fermentation peaked at 31°C. Post Fermentation maceration was carried out for 6 days The wine was aged in oak 30% new French oak barriques
TASTING NOTE Nose: Haunting aromatics of bramble fruits and spice. Palate: The palate is finely balanced with red fruits and finely textured tannins. A slightly cooler vintage has resulted in a wine with great poise and longevity.
