WINEMAKING Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from several blocks on the vineyard are hand harvested and whole bunch pressed. All batches are kept separate. Juices are settled and racked to yeast fermentation in old oak barriques or stainless steel tanks.
TASTING NOTE Nose: Floral, savory and bread dough aromas. Palate: The palate has a creamy middle and a long crisp brut finish.
