WINEMAKING Handpicking to avoid damaging both the grape and the vineyard itself. Destemmed to prevent herbal or bitter notes. Selection on table. Delicate pressing with low yields. Separate fermentation of the different varieties at 15ºC. Native yeast is used to enhance the soil expression.
TASTING NOTE This white wine is young, fresh and expressive. It has shades of cold and clear yellow. It is generous in aromas, with hints of white and citrus fruit. With a medium body, the palate is silky and suggestive and has a long, lingering finish.
