WINEMAKING The grapes have been picked by hand and immediately pressed at a low pressure. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations, as well as maturing, done in stainless steel vats to keep a maximum freshness. TASTING NOTE Flowering was not held in the best conditions and revealed a very high percentage of millerandage. Therefore, we knew that the expected yields would be small. The summer months were also quite unstable with episodes of great sun alternating with storms. We have a great vintage in the cellar but unfortunately in low amounts.
