WINEMAKING The grapes have been picked by hand and immediately pressed at a low pressure. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations done 100%. Maturation for 9 months, part in stainless steel vats for a maximum freshness and part in French oak barrels for 8 month to bring roundness and structure to the wine. TASTING NOTE Nose: Open bouquet on fresh and dry fruits with a touch of mineral. Palate: Clean attack on the palate, fresh and crisp with a nice balance. The mouth is amazingly round and fat, juicy and long lasting.
