WINEMAKING The grapes have been picked by hand as required by law and immediately pressed at a low pressure. The three grape varieties have been vinifed separately and then blended. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations in stainless steel vats. Maturation as well in stainless steel vats to keep all the freshness of the bouquet and liveliness on the mouth. The “liqueur de tirage” is added at the time the wine is bottled for an in-bottle second fermentation. TASTING NOTE Nose: Open and pleasant aromas of fresh fruits (grapefruit and citrus) and flowers. Palate: Crisp juicy Chardonnay fruit on the palate balanced with refreshing acidity. The bubbles are very thin and the mouth is very fresh as a whole.
