WINEMAKING The grapes have been picked by hand and immediately pressed at a low pressure. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentations done 100%. Maturation for 10 months part in stainless steel vats for a maximum freshness and part in French oak barrels for 8 month to bring roundness and structure to the wine.
TASTING NOTE Nose: Open and pleasant bouquet on fresh fruits (citrus, grapefruit) and white flowers (acacia) enhanced by a touch of mineral. Palate: Clean, fresh, crisp, round, well-balanced, full of fruits with a long finish. Very well balanced.
