WINEMAKING The grapes have been picked by hand and 100% destalked. Cold maceration at first for a maximum extraction of the colour. Alcoholic fermentation in open vats and maturation for 10 months in French oak barrels (20% new oak barrels) TASTING NOTE Nose: Explosive bouquet of fresh fruits (strawberry and raspberry), touch of violet. Palate: Clean attack, fresh, round, well-balanced with soft tannins. Full juicy and mouthfilling on the palate and long lasting on a nice fruity final. A wonderful expression of Burgundian Pinot Noir.
