WINEMAKING Machine early in the morning. Short maceration (2-3 hours) - Pressing in a low pressure press (pneumatic) - low temperature as for white wines. Alcoholic fermentation by yeasts selected for rosé wines.
TASTING NOTE Beautiful rose petal color. Seductive bouquet with delicate, intense, subtly blended aromas of redcurrants, pears and citrus fruit (pink grapefruit). On the palate there is good balance with a smooth attack presenting aromas of white fruit and a fresh finish with lingering notes of grapefruit.
