WINEMAKING erments in steel with maceration at a controlled temperature for approximately 18 days. Before undergoing long bottle ageing, it matures for over 18 months in 30 Hl Slavonian oak casks.
TASTING NOTE Nose: Linear to the nose, at which the notes of fruit come together, flowing into mineralogy. Palate: Crisp, thanks to its freshness and richness, rendered more dense by the find tannins. Very long and varied taste that opens with blueberry and blackberry and broadens into a complex range of different flavours that fro from leather to liquorice.
