WINEMAKING All grapes are hand-harvested and berries are hand selected. Grapes undergo a cold maceration at 50°F for 6-8 hours. The juice settles and is then pressed. Alcoholic fermentation takes places for 20 days under controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. After fermentation, the wine is sent through a tangential filter. The wine rests in the bottle for one month before it is released.
TASTING NOTE Nose: Fragrant aroma of fresh apples, citrus and tropical fruit, with an undertone of white flowers. Palate: A crisp, refreshing and full-bodied white with delightful flavors of apricot, pear, and lemon with a beautiful finish of aromatic honeysuckle.
